WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO START BAKING SOURDOUGH?

To start baking sourdough, you'll need basic kitchen tools like mixing bowls, measuring cups, a kitchen scale, a dough scraper, and a Dutch oven or baking stone for oven baking. Additionally, specific sourdough tools like proofing baskets, lame (bread scoring tool), and a kitchen thermometer can be helpful but are not essential.
